Up until this point, we still thought we had a chance of convincing the Board. We didn't have an opportunity to correct the Chairman's incorrect perception we had knowingly violated Land Use. Our concerts have been invitation only from the beginning and we had password protected our calendar. We were never completely successful in convincing publicists to exclude our series on performer websites, though. Unfortunately, his remarks led the other "on the edge" members to support the Land Use Director. They did recommend that the County Commissioners change the Land Use regulations to allow house concerts.
